Coaches,
I apologize for the delay in finalizing the Park Work Day. The League has determined the Park Work Day will be held Saturday, March 15th. This will allow you all to have a slight break between the coach’s certification class and the work day. This also allows the league to acquire some additional materials we would like to have prior to the work day. The work day will begin at 9:00 am and will conclude at the completion of the assignment list for each age group. Please remember all help is appreciated so if your group is done early, please check with your AGC (Age Group Coordinator) and the other age groups before leaving.
Park Work Day Basic Info
AGC will have a sign in sheet for you or your team representative to sign in order to get credit for the day.
AGC will also have the assignment sheet and will coordinate the assignments.
Please feel free to ask for other volunteers from your assistant coaches and team parents.
Please be prepared to do all types of duties from sweeping to digging. We recommend comfortable work clothes and sturdy shoes.
If you have items such as shovels and brooms that you can bring as extra to use, that would be great.
As you know, this work is for the kids and they do greatly appreciate the efforts. The league also greatly appreciates your willingness to volunteer and your patience. Thank you so much and I will see you Saturday March 15th at 9:00 am.
